For 0...10V, an opamp with approximately three times the gain is required (3.03, to be precise) if you have a VCC of 3.3V. According to the connection diagram, you have wired it correctly, although a drawing of opamps with a classic triangle would be clearer and better readable for the supporters here.
Please note: even though the TLV2372 is an RRIO opamp, it will output a significant output voltage of approx. 200mV at a VDD of 12V and very low input voltages close to 0.
