How do I make a SensorTile Project from TrueStudio

I'm a real newbie, so please forgive my lack of articulation at what I am trying to do. I have bought the SensorTile development kit and I am currently using Atollic TrueStudio. I have downloaded the STM32CubeMX Eclipse Plugin but cannot see anything to build a project for the SensorTile within it (sensortile is based on STM32L476).. I have downloaded the SensorTile Cude Package STLKT01 and can use that to load the examples into TrueStudio and program them to the SensorTile....all works and I can get the Android App to work with the tile.

What I do not understand is how do I go about building my own project, ideally from scratch?

Do I take an existing project and modify it?

Is there a walk through tool to select the parts I need - BSP and HAL?

How do you add HAL and BSP into TrueStudio project?
