Measuring Frequency in capture mode not working with MATLAB

Hello all,

When I used timer in capture mode with MATLAB for measuring the frequency of my signal, it give me zero result. Although, there is value keeping changing in Capture/Compare register (CCR4).

I'm using STM32F429 Board with 2016a MATLAB version.

I attached my project folder, so any one can try it.

Any one have solution, Reply me. Please.
