Problem downloading/starting STM32CubeL4

Hi - this should be trivial ...

1) Pushed the "Get software" button to download the "STM32CubeF4 ".

2) Selected "Open" (I guess) …

3) Extracted the ZIP-file to default path ("Extract To …")

4) Clicked on the "Release_Notes.html" …

5) The "extraction process" then started: "... extracting from en.stm32cubel4.zip …

Then, nothing more happens... No new icon visible at my desktop etc.

How can I now start the STM32CubeL4 ?

It is a ZIP archive, you've likely just unpacked it in your Downloads directory.

If you want software to manage it, you'd use CubeMX, but you don't need that to get the HAL software trees.
