Hello,

An IAR I-jet JTAG Debugger and IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM version 7.10.are used to debug an STM32F101R8 based PCB. When using the same environment to debug STM32F405 - false values are received from the CPU registers.

The I-jet firmware had been updated to the latest one and I also checked multiple debuggers.

Did anyone experienced any issue with STM32F4 family connecting to IAR I-jet?

Noted that this is happening immediately after successfully connecting to PCB, without downloading or running any firmware. Debug-->Reset does not modify the value of all registers to their reset values and registers are not manually changeable.

Obviously the device selection of the had been modified from within IAR Embedded Workbench.

Any idea would be appreciated.

Really no traffic here related to the I-Jet, other than the usual JTAG/SWD stuff, and perhaps trying it on some other hardware/boards, I'd suggest you start a discussion with IAR Support, they charge enough for their product that you can reasonably expect them to fix/address such an issue.
