system workbench target configuration dbgDEV value for stlink-v3set

I want to set the target configuration in system workbench for stlink-v3set. I have a current value for dbgDEV of ST_Link, but have also seen ST-LinkV2-1 in other xml config files from nucleo boards. Now I am moving to custom hardware w jtag. What is the proper designation of dbgDEV for the stlink-v3set?
