AN2502

Has anyone tested the application note AN2502 ?

I am not able to compile the programe with Cosmic C Compiler.

The error message :-

''#error cpst7 source\motcon.c:259(31) truncating assignment''

Below is the line that generated the error message :-

MDREG = ((u16)(MZPRV * (70*0xff/100))) >> 8;

Any help to resolve the error would be much appreciated.
