error while using powerSTEP01,

when the stepper motor got horizontal forces the powerstep01

shutdown and all the status register bits turns to zeros.

We work in current mode, the thresholds levels adjusted to maximum.

Can you provide more details about the failure?

It particular what do you mean the STATUS register returns all zeroes?
