For a motor control project I must use active power-factor-correction (PFC).

Is there any sample code / sample project how to do that with STM32? Any suggestions what development kit to use?

There is the STEVAL-IHM034V1 ''1300 W PMSM compressor and fan drive plus digital  PFC'' but it's just a preview. When will it be available?

The board and the firmware are in beta version and is not already officially released.

If you require it with urgency, and the request is justified by a businnes, I suggest you to insert your request to
