getting started with the l6384e

Vcc is 5V. And with the 100K resistor on DT/SD I measure 2.2V. Which is well above the Vdt=0.5V as given in table 5 of [1], hence the device should be enabled. Now following the timing diagram in figure 3 in the datasheet[1], I would expect LVG to be high. Unfortunately it is 0V. Is my expectation wrong? Did I miss something? Thank you. I set up the following minimal circuit to get started with the l6384e high voltage half-bridge driver[1]: Vcc is 5V. And with the 100K resistor on DT/SD I measure 2.2V.
