Could anyone help me to identify  attached smd  diode?

    Yes, your attached photo shows an SMA package with three lines:

    • ST e3 G
    • EBQ
    • Z205

    The 1st line contains the logo plus some eco markings, the 2nd line the relevant marking and the 3rd line the date code.
