High Voltage AC limiting circuit

Apllication note AN2625: Theproblem which i am facing is that there are very large voltage spike at Vds which are not shown in the application note .And what aret he design creteria for selecting R2 and R4.

Hello Mr. Paras,

Can you share a bit more about your systems preferences?

The Application Note states specific values for R2 and R4.
