Is there any tolerance spec available for I_PU (the 20uA pull-up current on the outputs) of the IPS4260L?

Best answer by Peter BENSCH

Ipu is a simple internal constant current source for which the usual semiconductor tolerances can be assumed, i.e. in the region of approx. 40%. However, there is no publicly documented and therefore guaranteed specification for this.

Does that help you?

That helps. I assume it's not possible to disable this feature?

Correct, the feature Ipu cannot be disabled.
