L6207 - Cboost connetion

According to the datasheet, Cboost(220nF/100V) is connected between VBOOST pin and VS pin. But according to the EVKIT schematic, Cboost is connected between VBOOST pin and GND. Which connection is more recommended?

Hello,

the boost capacitor can be connected both to VS or ground.

Connecting the capacitor to VS is the suggested solution because it allows to use a lower voltage rating capacitor.
