L6562A overshoot suppression during start up

In my application used L6562A as PFC pre regulator. At initial startup observed overshoot at output,so mosfet gate is disabled. It is switched ON again once DC link capacitor discharged to it's regulated value.To discharge cap it takes 6~7sec  and i need turn on delay time <1sec.
