Has anyone been able to read the fault register. I have no problem reading back set-up, but fault is hidden. RichA

Datasheet is wrong, Fault register read is more like control register reads.

I wonder why this automotive part is controlled by the vaguries of I2C, SPI would surely be faster and take less silicon.
