This component is hs and it is no longer available except the Stp5nk50zfp new to electronics, I need to know if it can be mounted instead

The Z part is available and the ZFP part is available but not recommmended for new designs.

yes either part can be used,

however on the ZFP part the tab is not conductive.

check if the PCB has the TAB connected to pin 2.

if the PCB has this connection, either part can be used.
