Motor Control Library maximum modulation index

Hi,

I have question about maximum modulation index in motor control library. When it is 100% is there any danger at very low RPM high side driver's bootstrap capacitors to be completely discharged? Is there any mechanism which guarantee that low side of the half bridge will be switched on in predefined interval of time?
