I see this question in the forum, but no one reply. Can anyone help to feedback how to solve this problem? Because I encountered this issue too.

Hi,I am trying to use the PCC009V2 and an EVAL6470H board through the spinFamily Evaluation Software. but i get the following error:

I have connected the SPI_IN cable to J1 on the PCC009V2 board. A motor is connected to EVAL6470H and power is supplied.

Any suggestions what to do next?

Hello,

this message is shown wen the interface bard (PCC009V2) is properly connected but the evaluation board under test is not detected. Please check if the 10 poles flat cable is properly connected and the evaluation board is supplied.
