Output current SPV1050

Hi everyone.

Here there is my easy question.

How is it possible to charge the battery at the maximum current (70mA)?

Actually my solar panel can provide more power than the SPV1050 can use, however the  charging current of the battery is fixed at 47mA. Any idea of what to do?
