Power supply requirement for EVALSTGAP1S

Hello,

I just wanted to know the required current capacity for VH and VL for EVALSTGAP1S. I am using it fior SiC , VH=20V and VL = -5V.

Hello Mr. Morya,

As far as I understand, with using the SiC MOSFETS something between 2A and 5A should be okay.

The STGAP1S has a max capability to support 5A as maximum. The rest depends on your MOSFETS, in this case the SiC(?).
