Problem about L6482H (OCD failure)

Hi

I have developed about motor control by using L6482H. I follow circuit form reference circuit of L6482H Eval board (same part). Now I stuck at OCD failure. I have construct a new board follow Eval board. In Eval board is work correctly but my board not work it still OCD failure.

Variable gate setup is

IGATE = 32mA

TCC = 1750 ns

TBLANK = 1000ns

TDT = 375ns

MOFET : STD25NF10T4

Total gate charge : 55 nC

What I do wrong? help plz
