hi,

i am trying to drive a dc motor (20v) using LN298 and ATMEL microcontroller, when i try to drive the dc motor with LN298 alone (without microcontroller) it works good.

and when i try the microcontroller alone it gives the right output (testing on leds)

but the problem apears when i try to connect the microcontroller directly to the LN298.

the LN298 takes its first state from the microcontroller and then the microcontroller stops (i doesnt respond to anything after that)

i tried to put ULN2003 between the microcontroller and LN298,

i also tried to put an inverter between them,

i also tried transistors and diodes but the same problem appears each time the microcontroller stops responding after it gives the first output to LN298

can any one help please...
