SPI communication problem

hello,

I have a EVAL6480H board and try to connect it with a Atmel Xmega. But on the SDO line is always the Byte which I send before on SDI.

Does I Need to make some initalisation before start a communication?

I choose SPI Mode 3 and a frequency of 250kHz.

Hope someone can give me advise.

I have meet the same issue with the board

EVAL6482H, my MCU is the dsPIC30F5011, i

also checked all the SPI signals, they are all flowing the spec.

anyone can help ?
