STPS5H100AF operating temperature?

Regarding the STPS5H100AF, the datasheet states that the storage temperature is -65 to 175°C, but there is no mention of the operating temperature.

What is the operating temperature?

Well, in addition to the storage temperature range, the data sheet of the STPS5H100AF also contains the maximum operating junction temperature = 175°C and the thermal resistance Rth(j-l) = 16K/W. The maximum operating temperature permissible for the respective design can be calculated from the actual cooling surface of the board, the resulting thermal resistance and the power loss that occurs.

    The diode is specified for industrial applications with a lower limit of -40DEGC.
