Hello,

STPSC10H12G-TR is used in our projects, it's NRND and may be going to EOL.

Do you have recommended replacement for this part?

Thanks!

Both STPSC10H12G2-TR and STPSC10H12GY-TR are also NRND.

What's the difference between STPSC10H12G-TR and STPSC10H12G2Y-TR except automotive?

The package of STPSC10H12G2Y-TR is D2PAK HV, what's the difference compared with D2PAK?

I have no influence on the processing speed of OLS tickets, so I kindly ask for your patience.

What I can say, however, is that the D2PAK HV has slightly greater air and creepage distances than the conventional D2PAK, making it more suitable for high-voltage applications.
