Use the L6563s to design a dc power

Hi?I use the L6563S to design a 200W DC power.

I just wanted to know how the L6563s to start working .I don't know the effect of diode D0 between

inductanceT1 and capacitorC0.

What it needs to work normally form the start up.

what it occurs during the L6563s starting to work.
