Viper06 over current

Hello,

I've done a Viper06LS based AC/DC converter.

The criteria : full bridge ahead, 26V, 0.11 A out.

I've designed it with the online tool, but the circuit is always in overcurrent (on 250ms then off 1s).

Is this a known problem? How can it be solved?
