the chip wont reset if I send GetParam or GetStatus command. As long as the command is motion command, it will reset. I call it reset because register value suddenly reset to default value. I know reset the chip by pull Reset pin low or power cycle. However, it did not get either power cycle or reset.
The device could be reset by a drop of the supply voltage. Maybe when you try to turn on the motor the power supply does not keep the voltage stable. Please, check all the supply pins of the IC (VREG, VCC and VSREG) Regards Enrico
