STM32 MCUs

Hello,I am Manikandaprabhu, we are working with the STM32H745XIH6 MCU Disco Board and interfacing it with an eMMC module.The eMMC communication is working correctly on its own.However, we are trying to integrate it with the FatFs filesystem for accessing based on file name,but it's not working.We are facing mounting error, when working with the FATFS file system. Can anyone provide the correct configuration steps and a sample code to initialize and use FatFs with eMMC on STM32H745?Next we need to work with  MMC 8 bit Wide Bus mode for fast communication but its only work with MMC 4 bit Wide Bus mode. How to work with 8 bit Wide Bus mode?Which method based to select SDMMC clock divde factor ?These are all my doubts. Kindly find and help me to resolve our queries regarding STM32H745XIH6 MCU Disco Board. Thanking you.

We have a STM32WB module soldered on custom board. Initially everything was working fine, we were able to dump code using UART bootloader and SWD. Suddenly, it stopped connecting using STM32CubeIDE and it is only connecting using STM32CubeProgrammer(only in Hot Plug Mode). Now we are not able to erase and program, all the core registers have invalid values. How to solve it?

Hi!We got an old TouchGFX (4.10) application where the screen freezes from time to time. Freeze means we no longer get tick events, whereas the other FreeRTOS tasks are still alive. *Most* times this happens after Button pressed events.This raises understanding questions on our side:I presume that calling invalidate() puts the drawable object in some kind of a queue, right?What happens if invalidate() is called twice or more times on the same drawable object? Hi,I'm currently working with the STM32N6570-DK and the VENC_RTSP_Server Application from the STM32CubeN6 package.I'm trying to evaluate the VENC peripheral h264 performance.By default, the example application runs at 20 fps, I would like to take it to 30 fps. Our setup includes two separate STM32CubeIDE projects:Bootloader ProjectProgrammed via ST-LINK V2Receives application firmware over FDCANWrites it to internal Flash and jumps to the applicationApplication ProjectStarts at Flash address 0x08004000Compiled and generates a .bin fileI have written and successfully uploaded the bootloader code using ST-LINK V2. HI there, I own a couple of STM32H747-DISC0 boards for a year. I been using them without issues debugging but when started a new project, I do not know what went wrong that cannot access to any core from any ST tool (CubeIDE or CubeProgrammer).No matter what kind of access I try (Normal/Hotplug/Under Reset) nor reset mode I use, I always have same message "Error: ST-LINK error (DEV_CONNECT_ERROR). I always access using SWDAfter removing the LCD panel, I tried also to shortcut R192 (BOOT0) to perform a external bootloader, with same result.. (BTW ST, maybe this thing should be in a jumper...)However I am able to perform a FW upgrade of the ST-Link device, which I think means is alive.I tried also MacOS (usually I use windows).Does someone have a hint?Thanks in advance.JUan

Technical Description of LPUART Communication Error Configuration: STM32WLE5 LPUART operating with LSE (Low Speed External) clock source Configured baud rate: 9600 bps To measure the TX signals, a minimal firmware created by CubeMX was used to rule out software problems. Observed Issue: When receiving large data volumes (exceeding 300 bytes), occasional bit errors are occurring. To diagnose the problem, the TX signal was analyzed using an oscilloscope while repeatedly transmitting the pattern 0x55. Oscilloscope Findings: Significant variations in bit timing were observed. The bit frequency varied from 8.173 kHz to 11.22 kHz, representing substantial deviation from the expected consistent timing for 9600 baud.   Analysis: Given that the datasheet specifies an expected error rate of only 0.1%, these timing variations are abnormal. Hello,I'm working on a product that uses the STM32WB55RGV6 MCU.Currently, we have produced several batches of 500 units each, and we are experiencing issues with 1-2% of them.During the production process, we update the wireless stack to our validated version (v1.17.2). However, for some unknown reason, a few units enter a weird state. It appears that, after the production process, the FUS (Firmware Upgrade Services) is missing on these MCUs (reported as v0.0.0), and we are unable to recover from this condition.After investigating, I suspect option byte corruption, as the SFSA value is 0x00.According to AN5185, when SFSA = 0x00, setting the C2BOOT bit to 1 should trigger the safeboot process, leading to one of the following scenarios:If FUS v1.1.0 or later is present → A factory reset should occur, restoring the option bytes.If FUS is below v1.1.0 → The device should become locked, meaning all flash memory would be protected and unreadable.However, neither of these actions seem to take

I bought a 1Set STM32F407VET6 Industrial Control Board from AliExpress to evaluate the STM32 MCU family but I can't find any information about it. 1Set STM32F407VET6 Industrial Control Board I've used many different Arduino, Teensy, ESP32 and other such boards with Arduino and VSC/platform.io IDEs in the past and I'm used to having to dig around for info, but I can not find ANYTHING on this board, although it is for sale on many sites.I've installed the Arduino STM32 libraries, but I don't know how to download firmware to it or the I/O pins for any of the peripherals.Can I use a USB to TTL converter and if so, which pins do I connect to?What positions do the jumpers need to be in to upload firmware? What 'Mode' of firmware upload should I use?Are there any Example programs out there to get me going?Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have a series of interactions that shows/hide widgets on the screen. The interactions are basically triggered when a button is clicked and are all managed via TouchGFX Designer.Is there a way to trigger them via code, so like generate a virtual click on a button via code, instead of actually clicking the screen?For istance I have an interaction named yesHideSaveSettingsModalWindows that, when it's done, trigger another interaction called showSavedLanguagemodalWindowIs there a way to manually trigger showSavedLanguagemodalWindow ? 

Hi there!Im new with ST MCUs and im using a Nucleo F429ZI, i have some documents and one of them is the 'nucleo-f429zi.pdf' but is too short and doesnt have too much informationIm working with user push button connected to PC13 but i want to know if this button has an external pull up/  pull down resistor on the board, and if doesnt i guess i have to set it by softwareWhere can i found schematics or additional information like this for this board?Also you would help me if you tell me if PC13 has a pull up/down resistor on the boardThanks in advance!, sorry for my english, not a native speaker

The STM32H743 datasheet section 3.3.2 states that the TCM memories are zero wait state, implying that they run at the core speed of up to 480MHz.  It does not make any claim about the rest of the SRAM.  Figure 2 in the datasheet shows all the AXI and AHB buses running at 240MHz.The reference manual RM0433 figure 49 also shows the AXI and AHBs in domains 1 and 2 running at up to 240MHz. However the reference manual section 2.4 says that AHB SRAM and AXI SRAM “can be addressed at maximum system clock frequency without wait state.” Is this correct? How can the bus and matrix be clocked at half the core speed and never introduce wait states? Table 33 of the datsheet also states that running from SRAM1 with the cache disabled, the performance is less than a quarter of running from ITCM (it doesn’t say where the data is for the benchmark, but for a fair comparison it would need to have been in the DTCM).
