Question

Drive a sensored-BLDC motor

Hello everyone!

I tried to drive a BLDC motor with hall sensors. I used the SPIN3202 board. But I always get "Speed feedback" error and the motor cannot even start.

I checked the "STM32 PMSM FOC SDK Frequently-asked questions (FAQ)" and for "Speed feedback" the answer is using speed ramps. But if I selected hall-sensor "speed sensing", there is no "start-up parameters" under "Drive management" anymore.

Does anybody has the same problem and how did you solve it? Or how do you drive a sensored-BLDC with ST control board?

Thanks!

The question has been moved from the "Motor Control Hardware" section to the "STM32 Motor Control" section (the question is about the STM32 MC SDK).
