How to generate motor *.stmcx file from *.xml file

This is a basic question but has me stumped. I have an existing motor project with a *.stmcx file. I generated a new *.xml file for the motor using the profiler. How do I get the *.xml file converted over to a new *.stmcx file? I can load the existing project in the Motor Control Workbench but it doesn't give an option to load a new motor file .....
