I tried with Motor Control(X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 & NUCLEO F302R8 with ST BLDC Kit DONGXING WEI A2304-1700 ) workbench with some default examples for FOC speed control but the result was not promising. No movement is happening to motor can u help me in sa
- I am test the motor in motor profiler with Jumper settings
- In NUCLEO F302R8 Jumper JP5 is in E5V : External voltage is planned to supply using a 12 V adapter to X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 board
- J7 DAC/REF in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept open
- J7 DAC/REF in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept open
- J5 and J6 in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is at 3Sh option
- J9 EN VIN in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept closed
- JP3 in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept closed
Other setting provided with Motor Profiler
1. DC Connected 12 V adapter 1 A
2. Pole pair 7
3. Max Speed 12000 rpm
4. Max Current o.96 APK
Its working and profiler shows following results
a. Imax 0.9 Apk
b. Rs 0.51 ohm
c. Ls 0.03mH
d. VBus 11.6V
e. Ke 0.76 Vrms/kRPM
f. Friction 189.76 nN m s
g. Inertia nN-m-s2
h. Max Speed 11970 Rpm
