NEW STM32 MC-SDK versions: 5.4.7 & 5.Y.2

Two new versions of STM32 MC-SDK have been released to cope with the new STM32CubeMx 6.3.0:

Version 5.4.7, our legacy version with no added features
Version 5.Y.2 with improvements like new Motor Pilot X-Y data plots, STEVAL-PTOOL1V1 example and improved 6 step examples parameters visibility.

Dear STM32 Motor Control Community Members

In general, you should avoid updating X-Cube-MX if you do not also update STM32 MC-SDK.

Only the latest version of STM32 MC SDK is compatible with all versions of X-Cube-MX, including the most recent.

This trivial compatibility issue often happens to users who don't care.
