Overspeed problem

I purchased evspin32f0601s3 board. Running the motor seems to be more responsive than evspin32f0601s1. But there is the same problem at start. It is that it takes overspeed. In my opinion, there seems to be a problem with the feedback, but even if I try to modify several variables in the Control Workbench, it doesn't work. In the picture, it goes up to 24000rpm and then goes down. What do I need to fix to smoothly go up to 20000rpm?
