Are there software project examples of how to use the PTOOL1V1 without the hall sensors? Also, what programming device should be used for the SWD?

Hello,

Today there are no other example than the one using hall sensors. In the futur the MC Workbench will provide a fully configurable 6 steps experience.

The SWD can be used by The STLink V2 or V3. STlink is available as a standalone device, but it comes also with all Nucleo Board. If you have one of them, you can reuse the STLink to flash the PTOOL1V1.

Thank you for that information! Do you have an idea when the MC Workbench will have the 6 step driving solution?

I believe the ESC002V1 does not use Hall Sensors, however, it uses a PWM input to set speed. Does the MC Workbench allow for the change of this PWM control to a POT control? That would solve my problem.
