Where is PMSM SDK V3.2?

I can't find the PMSM SDK V3.2 but it referred in UM1052 : STM32F103xx/ STM32F100xx/STM32F2xx/STM32F4xx

New release of ST MC Workbench PC configuration and communication tool also available
