STM32F070F6 is the coding for a device with 20 pins and 32KB Flash.

The appended P6TR stands for:

  • P = TSSOP
  • 6 = -40...85°C
  • TR = Tape&Reel

So there is no difference, the order code STM32F070F6P6TR is only the complete one.
