Dear Sir's,

what is the minimum high level threshold voltage

for a non FT_C port? Is it 0.7xVDD or 0.49xVDD+0.26?

Hello @JR1 and welcome to the community :),

These 2 formulas are correct  VIH = 0.7x VDD is the threshold tested in production and VIH=0.49xVDD+0.3V is the threshold guaranteed by design as mentioned in note 3.

This behavior is mentioned in data sheet figure 25: in blue the threshold level tested in production and in green the threshold level guaranteed by design.

What does the note (3) tell you?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
