Is there a difference in hardware for these communication protocolls? Or is it possibile, that there will be sometime a wifi stack for the STM32WB?

Though both protocols cover the same frequency range (2.4 GHz), BLE is a low energy communication standard while WiFi is much more power consuming.

And STM32WB architecture is designed to offer very low power modes.

No wifi stack can be expected on STM32WB microcontrollers.
