BLE_HeartRateFreeRTOS does not seem to be running BLE

I have CM0 running the BLE_Stack_fw and have compiled and loaded the BLE_HeartRateFreeRTOS firmware, but am not able to see the device show up when I am looking for it on BLE.

I am able to run the BLE_HeartRate example without FreeRTOS without any issues. Has anyone been able to make this work with FreeRTOS?
