DFU driver problem

Hello,

I am facing problems with installing the DFU Driver on my PC, I have followed the steps which are mentioned in UM2237 document which are the following:

1- installing STM32Cube Programmer

2- run STM32Bootloader.bat as administrator

3- put the Nucleo and the dongle on the boot mode

4- when I plug the USB nothing is detected at all in the device drivers !!

And I'm using widnows 10.

I want also to point out that I'm having a preliminary version of the board.

If anyone is facing this problem please answer me !
