Does ST has any microcontroller with input BLE?

The STM32WB MCUs support Bluetooth Low Energy. It will be soon available. Stay tuned ;)

Only 32-bit MCUs with BLE that ST offers are the STM32WB series ( https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/products/microcontrollers/stm32-32-bit-arm-cortex-mcus/stm32-wireless-mcus/stm32wb-series.html ) and they don't have all of the features that you want (not to mention the WB series is still not generally available).
