How can i solve the Data transmission error problem in STM32 Lora and Sigfox Discovery kit for STM32F072 MCU to sigfox network interface?

I had purchased two STM32 Lora and Sigfox Discovery kit for STM32F072 MCU.

I am using this for sigfox data transmitting purpose for our prototype designing . I had uploaded the AT commands code on both dev.boards, One board is completely working and the data can be sent to sigfox network interface (using the command "AT$SF=1010" or "AT$SB=1") followed by an OK response.

but the another dev.board is not transmitting the data and didn't get an OK response. (All the hardware configurations are same on both dev.boards).

Sir, please help for troubleshooting this issue as soon as possible.

Sigfox and Lorawan have a lot of specific numbers which need registration with the network provider. Did you register both devices with the right identification numbers?

We are using a Sigfox SDR Dongle for our testing purpose .

Both the device id are being saved at the  sigfox network interface.
