Can I use ST link V2 to program STM32WLE5JC microcontroller via SWD?​

​Yes !  You can use ST-LINK V2 or any other probe supporting SWD protocol with the STM32WL nucleo board.

Note that STM32WL Nucleo board uses ST link V3.
