STM32 Discovery comminication with ESP WROOM-02 through USART

Dear forum members,

I will communicate using USART STM32F051R8 with ESP WROOM-02.

I sending ''AT\r\n'', but the response is not ''OK''. The oscilloscope shows rx & tx 3 volts square wave. What would be the reason ?

The schematic is designed for the STM32L011D3, but the pull-up and pull-down connections are also valid for the STM32F051R8.
