STM32WB55RG does not pair with other Zigbee coordinator.

I have successfully adapted On_Off Zigbee examples for my project. Both router and coordinator works well together. However, the router cannot pair with other coordinator (standard coordinator for Zigbee2mqtt ).

I am new for Zigbee. Please give me some hints. Thank you very much for your kind support.
