Is the DevEUI ID also provided in the hardware for stm32wle , in datasheet it is mentioned it is DevEUI compliant. Does it also have a UID64 register from where it can be read?

The STM32WLE have an UID64 register from where you can read the  DevEUI.

Does that mean I need not to procure block of LoRaWAN ID from IEEE?  Is it unique i in world?
