Low power mode on 'basic' image

Hello.

I've created basic image with FlashLayout_sdcard_stm32mp157c-dk2-basic.tsv from stm32mp1-openstlinux-4.19-thud-mp1-19-02-20 downloaded from site. And I can't normally enter to any low power mode: stop - "systemctl suspend" or "echo mem > /sys/power/state", standby - "shutdown now". It always resets itself after some time (seems like it's IWDG).

But I don't have such problems with 'trusted' image.

How can I fix it?

Hi @alexey.b

Low Power mode is one of the feature not supported by 'basic' image.

'Trusted' is the only full feature solution delivered by ST.

We agree that today formulation "STMicroelectronics upstreams the Basic boot chain with a limited number of features" in our documentation https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Boot_chains_overview is really too vague and we are working on a update to detail the limitations.
