OTG_VBUS

I am not using OTG (Only host USB's) in the PCB I connected OTG_VBUS to GND. Is this problematic? I saw that it should be left open but not sure if it is connected internally

That's ok.

Btw, you did not use USB OTG in uBoot during your board Flashloading ? This is anyway possible without using VBUS pin, see https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_configure_U-Boot_for_your_board#USB_OTG_node
